Job Description
Provides clinical pharmacy services to include therapeutic drug monitoring, drug regimen review, patient education, medical staff interaction, and staff under the general direction of the Pharmacy Director or clinical coordinator. Reviews and interprets prescriptions to ensure safety, efficacy and appropriateness. Contacts and confers with physicians regarding any irregularities. Maintains compliance with all regulatory requirements. Requires current state license to practice pharmacy.
